1. Introduction
Welcome to Vedartah These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our products and services. By purchasing from or interacting with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Business Overview
Vedartah is engaged in the sale of home cleaning products such as Door Curtain and Window Curtain.

3. Use of Products
All products must be used strictly according to the instructions provided. Vedartah shall not be held responsible for any damage or harm caused by improper or negligent use.

4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before the order is dispatched.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and other methods approved at checkout.

5. Orders and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery is generally completed within 3–7 business days.

Delays due to external factors will be communicated accordingly.

6. Order Cancellations

7. Limitation of Liability
Vedartah is not liable for:

Damages resulting from product misuse

Delivery delays due to third-party logistics

Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panipat, Haryana.

We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
